Uninstall of PSE 15 fails

When I try to uninstall PSE 15 an error message shows up and tells me that the uninstall failed. It tells me, I can find more information in a logfile. In this file I only find the following information:

I don't really get, what this means. I already tried a reboot.

I can solve it myself. The Adobe Clean-Tool fixed the Problem.
