Update adobe photoshop elements 14 can not be activated

I constantly get the following error, after activating the request "There is a new update available" :

Photoshop Elements 14.1-update

Er is een fout opgetreden tijdens het installeren van deze update. Sluit de installatie af en probeer het later opnieuw. Foutcode: U44M1I210

I am advised by the program to address the error to the customer support desk, if the error re-appears again.

After four trials I am sending a request for help.

First try installing the latest Adobe Application Manager from this link:

If you are using Apple Mac then go to this link:

<Adobe - Adobe Color Management Module (CMM) : For Macintosh : Adobe Color Management Module (CMM) >

Install the relevant update and then Restart the machine so that all changes takes place before trying again.
