Update Camera Raw Formats in Elements 13

Hello to you all,

I have a Problem concerning Photoshop Elements 13.

Now that I have the newly released Panasonic G9, the Raw files won't open in the Organizer. Do I have to install a special update, so the program recognizes the new raw file format and if so, how is that done? Other than that, the program runs under the latest update.

Hi,

As you probably know, each manufacturer keeps tweaking their RAW format for newer models.

The Lumix DC-G9 requires a minimum version for camera raw of 10.1

Unfortunately, PSE 13 is only compatible up to version 9.0 of camera raw.

Basically, your options are to either upgrade the latest version of PSE 2018 or to use the free DNG converter provided by Adobe.
