Two things
1. Elemtns 2021 will not upgrade now or even after it closes tells me the file is empty in HDUPDATER. I do remember there was something I was supposed to do but I do not rmeember what it is.
2. In Print Preview in elements 2021, the designs are becoming much smaller than it was from the design i had on the editor. No matter what paper size I use it is the same thing. This never happened before and I have been using elements since 2014. Is there a way of sixing this so it is the same always no matter what paper size i use
first picture is 11x8.5 and you can see i used upp most of the paper for them
second picture is print preview and the designs are much smaller than what was put into the editor.
