I would like to find out if there is a possibility of upgrading my existing Adoboe 2019 to the 2021 version ?

That will require purchase of the latest version. Each version is independent. If you purchase from Adobe, you may get a discount as a repeat customer, but shop around.

Adobe often run some limited-time promotions - sometimes 25% or 30% off the full-price - which works out as an even better deal than the standard upgrade discount.
