Hat jemand so ein Upgrade schon einmal gekauft, wo der zu zahlende Preis höher ist als das Angebot (siehe Überschrift!)?

Wo liegt der Fehler?

You should be extremely  careful when buying from online sellers.  Upgrade pricing is usually only available from the Adobe website.  So, I can tell that you are already buying from an unauthorized source who is probably a scammer.  

More importantly, Elements 2024 is not being sold any more and I don't know whether Adobe will actually allow you to activate it.

And finally, the price is as high or more than the current prior purchaser discounted price of Elements 2026.  There may also be even greater legitimate discounted prices during the upcoming holiday season.

If your purpose in purchasing Elements 2024 is to get a perpetual license rather than the latest version which only has a 3 year term license, you may be making a false economic saving.

That's the upgrade price.   In order to get that price you have to had a previous version, which would show up in your adobe account.   You would be charged the higher rate if you were a first time purchaser of Photoshop Elements, or  used a different email address than used for previous purchases.
