Upgrade Elements 10 and Premiere 10 to 2023

Hi all.

By selecting the upgrade plan, is it also valid for Photoshop Elements and Premiere 10?

Dont want to buy something i cannot use.

When trying to upgrade, it doesnt require serial or anything before billing page.

So want to be absolutely sure before purchase 🙂

You should be able to get upgrade pricing for any versions of PSE and PrE.

When you install the new versions, if you don't have the old version(s) installed on the computer, it will ask you for the serial number(s) of the old version(s).   You will not be able to activate the software unless it can verify that you owned a previous version. 

The "upgrade" is only a price discount.  You may keep old versions installed.  Old and new versions can coexist on the same computer.

In addition to what @Peru Bob has mentioned, have you checked the System Requirements for PSE 2023? If you're using a computer as old as your PSE 10, the new version of Elements may not run on your computer.

No previous version serial number is required when purchasing.

You will need your version 10 serial number when installing.

Do you think this CPU is sufficient?

That is a 4th generation i5.

Photoshop Elements requires 

• Intel 6th Generation or newer processor or AMD equivalent with SSE4.1 support

so no, it doesn't meet the minimum specifications.

But it may work, even if it doesn't meet spec.

Download and install the trial, and you will know for sure.
