Hallo zusammen,
ich habe einen Lizenzschlüssel für ein Upgrade Elements 2023 gekauft und möchte damit die Version 2020 (Windows) ersetzen.
Leider kommt immer der Fehler das die Anmeldung fehlgeschlagen sei, obwohl vorher die Meldung "Anmeldung erfolgreich" kam.
Bilder hier im Verlauf
Hat irgend jemand eine Idee, wo der Fehler liegen könnte?

Tell us in more detail what you have done before the error message appears and we can see if we have any other suggestions.
Do you still have Elements 2020 installed on your computer? If not, when you are asked to enter the serial number for the upgrade 2023 version, l believe you need to enter the 2020 serial number.

The problem with me was the firewall.
After I turned it off for a short time, the upgrade worked as well.
