Upgrade from Photoshop Elements 12 to Photoshop Elements 2018

I currently use Photoshop Elements 12 and I am thinking about upgrading to Photoshop Elements 2018. If I purchase Elements 2018, will each of the photo categories be carried forward from Elements 12 to 18 on upgrade? Thanks

Yes if you install Elements 2018 on the same computer.
