Upgrade to Elements 18

I own Elements 14 and want to upgrade to Elements 18.

Unforunatly the Installtion does not work. The serial no is not accepted.

What is the problem? It is not mentioned in the requirements, that elemets 14 is not good for such an upgrade

I am not sure, but are you trying to use your v14 serial number to install v18?

If so, that won't work... you must buy v18 and  be given a new serial number

Just to be clear:

The "upgrade" is just a discounted price for the new version, not a modification of the old version.  Both versions can be installed and can be used at the same time on the same machine as they are independent of each other.
