Upgrading from Photoshop Elements 2010 to Photoshop elements 2021

I have Adobe photoshop elements 2010 installed on my system. Is it still possible to upgrade to Photoshop Elements 2021? If so can you tell me how and how much it will cost me.

The "upgrade" is a price discount on the new version.  You may keep both versions installed.

Go here:

https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-elements/buying-guide.html

and click "Buy now."

Then choose "License upgrade" from the drop down box to see your upgrade price.
