Uploading edited picture to print

I am on a 30 day trial with Photoshop Elements. I have updated the picture I would like to use for holiday card but when trying to upload to the vendors site to print, I am not seeing my updated picture. Is that because I'm only on a trial basis?

The 30-day trial is the fully functioning software. I would check with the vendor.
