I bought Photoshop Elements 2025. For learining how to use it I went to the user guide for it on the internet (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop-elements/using/home-screen.html). There I read:

Last updated on 16 May 2021

and

- When you launch Elements 2019, the Home screen ...

So I wonder if this is a current guide or an outdated guide.

Try going to this Guide which is where you will get to if you click on the Editor's Help>Photoshop Elements Help menu and click through to the User Guide on the webpage that appears.  The Organizer has a similar method to get to its most recent guide.

Unfortunately, this guide is also out-of-date and most recently updated on October 19, 2023.

However, on the Home Screen, you will find a Search box that allows you to search for what parts of the program you are interested in learning and a number of learning resources will be provided.  The Home Screen also contains a carousel of learning resources that you can click through to get you started.

You can also click on this page, and after you scroll beyond the sales material, there are a number of useful video tutorials that will help you learn the more recent features.

That matches my experience.  I FINALLY found a link that said it would take me to the photoshop elements 2025 user guide.  It took me to a page that said "Last Updated Oct. 19, 2023".  How can Adobe survive with the most glitchy and frustrating support  I have ever tried to use? I am really questioning whether Adobe really provides any support, because it appears that they just publish links designed to be so crazily irrelevant and glitchy that anyone looking for support is forced to give up and go away.
