I don´t know who to create a new question. I would like to know, if the Photoshop camera photo effects can be integrated in my bridge camera in PSE or only in my mobile phone?

I am not sure exactly what you are asking.  Are you talking about the artistic effects available in Photoshop Elements?  Or are you talking about one of Adobe's mobile phone applications?  Or something else?  Please explain in  more detail.
