Using Elements 10 with a Elements 15 key?

Every PSE version is independent of each other and their serial keys are also not inter-usable.

If you wish to use PSE 10 along with PSE 15, you can download the trial version of PSE 10 from here:

Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 .

But without a valid PSE 10 serial number (which Adobe no longer sells), you'll only be able to use the PSE 10 trial for a maximum of 30 days.
