Valid 2022 serial number said to be invalid

I bought  2022 today.  After installation I tried to actvate using the serial number in the email.  But was told nmber invalid.  I went back to my adobe account and confirmed the number, then tried again.  But same result. Need help, thanks in advance

kendp32, don't buy another copy - it will be exactly the same. Did you check for whether the email SAYS it's a serial number? This might help - Find the serial number for Adobe Photoshop Elements

Also check whether what you were emailed was actually a serial number. Maybe it's a redemption code.
