I have Photoshop Elements 10 on a Windows 10 laptop.

I will shortly be replacing my laptop with another Windows 10 laptop which has Photoshop Elements 2021 as an option.

Will my existing photos be fully accessible on Photoshop Elements 2021?

Are there any difficulties I should be aware of?

How are you going to be transferring the files to your new laptop.  The best way to move the catalog is to create a full backup of your catalog on the old machine and restore it via Elements 2021 on the new machine.  The catalog will be converted during the Restore process and almost everything will be brought over to the new machine.

. . .  and just to be clearer:  All of your photos, tags, albums and face recognition information will be transferred.  Elements 2021 uses a new slideshow editor, so any Elements 10 slideshows will not be playable in the new version.  There are some other creation files (.pse files) that will also not appear.
