If I buy the programm first should i buy Standard or Upgrade version?

By "upgrade" Adobe is willing to give you a discount if you own a prior version of the software. Each version of the software is independent, meaning that the old version is not over-written by the new version. Bottom line: purchase the latest version, but shop around for price.
