l'organiseur de photoshop element 2022 n'arrive toujours pas à afficher les vignette d'image haute résolution type 108 Mpixel  de plus en plus courant sur les smartphone ?

That is true.  But you can override the default maximum size by following the instructions in this article.

If you are not comfortable editing the Registry, then you can open the photo in the Editor and resize it to a lower (compatible) resolution.  Save the file in a Version Set with the original, and you should be able to view a thumbnail of the image at the top of the Version Set stack.
