Today when I opened Photoshop Elements 14 I found I had issues with using my Wacom tablet with it. When using the stylus, I cannot perform a swiping motion - such as dragging around the cursor in colour selection, dragging the scroll tab when going through menus or drawing on the canvas.
I am using a Wacom Cintiq 13HD. The driver is up to date and I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Wacom driver to little effect. The tablet works fine in other programs, so I thoroughly believe it's just a problem with Photoshop.
I'm using Windows 10 and have not had this issue before.
Hello, according to the adobe support it could be due to the recent Windows 10 update, so I uninstalled the latest updatee and went back to the previous windows 10 version and I can now use my stylus and tablet like I used to, no problem anymore. It's not the best solution but if you need to use your tablet now you can do that. I hope this helps.

Hi, I'm having exactly the same issue although I use a wacom one tablet, I can click but not drag. I can drag if I click four times and maintain the fourth click, which is ridiculous. The tablet and stylus work fine with other programs. I'm also using windows 10 and photoshop 14. Was there an update or something we didn't notice?

Thanks for your "four clicks" comment.
I've updated Windows recently and it didn't cause any problems. I did find however that shortly after updating there was a Wacom driver update and just today noted I was not able to drag anything. I suspect the Wacom driver rather than windows 10 but for the few times I need it I'll quadruple-click temporarily until I get around to reverting the Wacom driver.

I have the same problem with the pen not doing what I expected I then downgraded my Elements to version 10 and everything seems OK. I only upgraded to 15 because 10 could not handle the RAW files from my new camera. Therefore I think that the fault is not completely due to Windows 10 updates.
