What are these two thumbnails? I get these when I import photos from my phone.

I don't know why I am getting what seems to be two different kinds of thumbnails when I import photos from my new Samsung Ultra 22 into Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 using Organizer. It works fine with my camera and with regular phone photos, but then creates these thumbnails. What are they? Do I need to keep these? They are very small, so not much use. See the weird numbering noted below

One has a 5 digit number, the other has the number 0af5a242d627348868dd37294d520ce6. What are these? There are regular phone photos that look like regular camera photos.
