What is the lifespan of supported OS (for mac) for Photoshop elements?

In my specific case, photoshop elements (2021) is not working on the latest mac OS. What I'm also reading is the latest PS Elements (22') was not working. 

So I wonder, what is the supported lifespan of an 'elements' product?

Two years is what is supported.  The most recent version, and just one version back.  Updates for fuctionality (never any new stuff) are only supported now for pse 2022, and pse 2021.  That's a big reason for the forum: lots of users with tons of experience can generally figure things out.

Gnerally speaking, yes.  PSE 2022 has some nice features that 2021 does not.  Give her a whirl
