what to do when installating PSE12 you're locked on "registering fonts"?

reorganizing the labtop, I unstalled PSE 12.(form control panel/programms...). reboot PC and start installation of licensed PSE 12. But been stucked on "registering fonts". No way to uninstall the application not to delete the directory used. Any suggestion

found the reason of this enoying incident. It's related to the latest insider build windows 10 (15007) and working with the release version (1607)
