What/where is activation or licensing code for photoshop element 15 packaged purchase.

I purchased adobe photoshop element 15 from amazon for $60.00+$40.00 shipping fee to The Bahamas..Now upon installing the software, I'm being asked for a redemption code or activation code to continue installation. Can't get pass this licensing software page.. Looks like a 6 digit number that is needed.. please helppp.. Software cost too much money to not be able use..Oh and I bought the actual dvd software because I wasn't successful in purchasing it directly from the official adobe site, I got a message saying installing not available to my country or something like that. please help ?

The serial number is usually inside the box, either on the white cardboard inner box or on the disk wrapper. It should be 24 digits (all numbers and no letters) starting 1057 for Photoshop Elements.

Thank you 99jon... I see it... I'm soo excited to install this software I was over looking the dvd envelope that has the serial number on the packet in BIG AND BOLD NUMBERS ...lol...but thanks again.. you were very helpful..

I just bought photoshop elements 2018 and i gave my redemption code , then  they gave me my serial code and so i thought i will go back and write it down in a bit, then  in 10 seconds i needed it , and now it is in limbo because it is no where to be found it didnt  register all the way to my serial number, and now nothing!!!!  I just bought it and ib want in it and this is an bunch of Bull, please somebody help me?

My powerbook crashed and I had Photoshop and several other Adobe products installed. I cloned the hard drive some time ago and I have attempted to reinstall the programs.  I placed them in the application folder and I got an error 6 notification.  Please advise.

You can't do it that way. You need to do a proper installation from the installation files.
