Where are my tags?

I have been getting duplicates then more duplicates.  Then I remembered that I backed up my library about 18 months age onto a Blu-ray disk.  I thought that it might be good way to get around the duplicate problems if I used that as the basis of a new library that would not have the duplicates & could be brought up to date if I then added the last 18 months photo's to it,

The old library restored OK & it appears that my photos appear to be there.  There is one big problem however.  There isn't any tags on any of them  I know that that about 95% of them did.  The only things that appears to be working is that If I click on any of the old from the past few years the program can still show me where they were taken based on GPS data.

I also find that none of the photo's file names will display either.

I used PSE 11 to export 6 of the photos in catalog & opened them in another program.  The exported files all had all of their data on them, files name, date taken EXIF data GPS, etc.

So where as this in PSE 11?
