I just purchased PSE 2023, and I can't find the pdf manuals to download. In the past there were separate manuals for the Organizer and the Editor. Does anyone know where I can find the pdfs?
AFAIK, User Manuals are no longer available in PDF format. I think the last one I have is dated 2019. Only online guides are available for Photoshop Elements and the Organizer. Access can be gained through the Help menu.
