Where is the Photoshop Elements 13 Catalog on Windows 10?

My computer needed a fresh copy of Windows 10, which is installed on a new hard drive.  I do not have a recent backup of my Photoshop Elements 13 Catalog.  I do have access to the old hard drive.  If I can locate the Photoshop 13 Catalog on the old drive, I can probably copy it to my new hard drive where Photoshop 13 expects it.  Can someone help me find the PE13 catalog on win 10?

I can understand you are looking for default location of catalog in Windows 10.

By defaults it is

C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Elements Organizer\Catalogs\My Catalog\
