Where to find license number for Photoshop Elements 2019?

I bought Photoshop Elements 2019 from Microsoft in August 2019. I want to install it on a second laptop so need the license number. I can't find it in the original email, in my Microsoft account or in the app. I can't contact Microsoft as it keeps diverting me to a digital assistant. Can anyone suggest what I can do please?

Thank you, I gave that a go but couldn't login  so I assume that I didn't register it. Is there anything else I can do please?
