I had to reinstall Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 on my computer. I did a restore catalog and when my pictures loaded up all were gray with a hourglass in the middle.
I can click on them to see them, but with thousands of pictures this is no good. They all are visible in windows media player. Can someone help me figure out what to do.
Thanks
Sam

This looks like the problem in that other recent post.
If the usual solution
does not work, can you tell if you have recently update Windows 10 to the 1803 version?

I uninstalled Photoshop and did a reinstall and that took care of the
problem. All is well.
Thanks for you effort to help
