Hello:
I just downloaded Elements 2024. I assumed (yes, I know what is said about "assume") that all my photos from Elements 2022 would transfer over. I saw the pop-up asking me if I wanted to convert the files from Elements 2022 to Elements 2024, and I clicked "yes." When I went to view the photos in Elements 2024, I saw that there were photos that were missing. They're all in Elements 2022, but some are missing from Elements 2024. It appears that the only photos that transferred over were the ones that I edited in Elements 2022 and saved in jpg format -- the photos that were in raw format did not transfer over. Thankfully, I did not uninstall Elements 2022.
What did I do wrong? How can I fix it? Thank you for your help.

3. Follow the on screen instructions to manually install the Camera raw plugin for Elements 2024.

Thank you. I continued playing with the software -- I eventually fell upon the solution you suggested, and it works. All my photos are there. I guess that the effort paid off.
