Why does PSE12 try to save as 'Baseline Optimised' - how can I change default?

I recently had problems showing my saved .jpg files using an Epson Projector - it did not recognise them.  I worked out that this was because they had been saved as 'Baseline Optimsed' rather than the 'Baseline Standard' I always use.  I had to go through dozens of files and re-save them - they then worked.  But I now find that other files are by default being saved as 'Optimised' and I am finding it frustrating to have to remember to keep changing the box when I save. Is there any way to set 'Baseline Standard' as my default? And is there any way of my quickly identifying which files I might have saved using the wrong option - otherwise I will have a lot of work going through them all and re-saving those which are wrong.

I am having the same problem only it is being saved ast Progressive which my photo lab does not recognize. SOOO FRUSTRATING!  I, too, have to remember to change it or go back and fix all the ones I just worked on because I didn't notice Adobe thinks I want progressive.  GRRRR !  Why won't it save my preferences?
