Why is OpenGL drawing shown as "disabled" in Editor-Help-System Info?

I want to do everything possible to speed up my photo editing, so I added RAM and upgraded my video card. However in my PSE 2018 Editor Help screen under system info tab, it shows that OpenGL is "disabled". Is it a carryover from when I only had an integrated video? Certainly EVERY other utility and software shows the Nvidia GTX1050 video card with latest drivers as fully supporting and utilizing OpenGl,

By the way, under Edit Preferences Performance tab I CAN check "use graphics processor to adjust facial features".

So anyone have any ideas as to why OpenGl shows as disabled, and if enabled can it do more than just adjust faces?

Thanks
