Why won't Photoshop Elements 2019 load (open) when I click on icon?

I purchased and install Elements 2019 on Nov and used it for 2 months. A couple days ago, I wanted to edit some pictures.  I clicked on the icon receiving a blank screen and a circle with radiating dashes for about 4 sec. then it disappeared.  i'm frustrated. What's the problem?  Is there a way to contact an individual to seek an answer to this problem?

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

Hello,

Could you please navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2019 and launch PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe by double-clicking on it? You could also right-click on the exe file and choose Run as administrator.

If that works, then you can pin it to the Taskbar or have its shortcut on the Desktop.

Thanks,

Medha

I tried your suggestions. navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2019 and launch PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe by double-clicking on it? It didn't work. I navigated to C: drive and double clicked where Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 opened with a rotation sun rays then disappeared back to main screen. It did not make it to PhotoshopElementsElements.exe. So I could not double click on it.

You could also right-click on the exe file and choose Run as administrator. It didn't work. I right-clicked on it which opened and choose Run as administrator. I clicked on it then clicked on the yes I want to allow this app to make changes. Next screen adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 opened with a rotation sun rays then disappeared back to main screen.

Is there any way to talk with a live person?

Could you please confirm if you clicked on PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe or Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 shortcut? Please try double-clicking the PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe and let me know if you were able to launch the application.

I was not able to click on PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe because it never appeared when I located C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2019.

You will need to uninstall and reinstall if that is the case.
