why wont my server let me download Elements 12

i have the Photoshop Elements 12 on a previous laptop and i have just got a mac. i want to move it onto my mac but i cannot download. i just comes up with a page saying "access denied. you do not have permission to aceess (web address) on this server"

help. this is very frustrating.

Try from this page.

Download Photoshop Elements 13, 12, and earlier versions.

But if this is a New Mac with OS X 10.13.2 I'm not sure it will run.

Also if your License is for Windows I don't know if the serial number will work. Not sure if it is cross platform .

It's only cross platform if you purchased the disc version, otherwise the serial number is platform specific.
