Will not open

I have Windows 10 and installed on our desktop and when you click the link it will not open, it just sits in the taskbar. We also installed on our laptop and it works fine on it. Also running windows 10. TIA

Hi,

Which version of PSE are you using?

If you restart your PC, does elements work once?

Does the Welcome screen load - (that's the one that offers Edit or organize)?

Hi,

There seems to be problem sometimes with the welcome screen

Try creating direct link to the organizer and avoiding the welcome screen

1	Use Windows file explorer to navigate to the following folder: - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements 2018 Organizer
2	In that folder, find the following file: - PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe
3	Right click on the file and select Pin to Start from the dropdown list
4	Close file explorer

There should now be a tile on your start screen for the organizer.

Do you normally stsrt with the organizer?
