Will Photoshop Elements 2020 Run on Ventura 13.4 OS?

I have a MacBook Air with an M2 chip. Is Photoshop elements 202 compatible with it? Can I run Photoshop Elements 2020 with it? My OS is Ventura 13.4. Based on the comments I've read in the forum, it seems my OS and PSE are not compatible. . But I'd like a definitive answer. If they aren't compatible, will upgrading to PSE 2023 or 2024 let me beging editing again? I have PSE 2020 on a disc.

Pse 2020 should work on macOS Ventura 13.4, but it might be slower because it needs to run under Rosetta on Apple Silicon processor Macs like yours vs pse 2024, that for the most part runs native on Apple Silicon.
