Will This Package Work For Photoshop elements?

Hello all

Do you thhink this interesting package for 59 bucks will work with Photoshop Elements 2023 or 2024? Here is the link for the interesting package.  I am keen on lightings, rain, snow, any kind of nasty weather, and glows.

I would not purchase it if you don't have photoshop-- al the courses would involve too many "work arounds" and the brushes, and skies, you can get for free online. All brushes (ABR files) even if they say "Photoshop only" will work just fine in PSE.

I wish I can find awesome free brushes for lightings, snows, clouds, smoke, and all kinds of nasty weathers as well as headlights and headlight glows for use of Photoshop Elements 2023!!

You should contact the publisher of the package and ask him.

I did.  Apparently they are clueless.  Some people there said it can work with Photoshop elements 2024. Some people there said no. Hence conflicting answers and statements forcing me to ask everybody here on Adobe community

Publishers are often not users.     I've bought some template sets- which work fine- I have photoshop-  opening up the same templates in PSE there are some issues- missing font's for examples.  If I were to buy the stuff you are interested in I wouldn't even bother with the courses, but that's just me. 

Publishers have told me "Oh god no, you gotta have photoshop for the brushes to work"-- that's a big nope ghost rider.  ABR (Adobe brushes) will work with any program that can hadnle the ABR format, including PSE.

BRUSHES:   I have about 120 brush sets intalled- all free ones- n oreason to go out and buy them.
