I am presently running photoshop and premier elements 14 on windows 10 and macos sierra.  If I purchase the elements 2018 upgrade, will I still be able to run on both machines?

Yes, you will be able to run PSE 2018 on those operating systems.

Note that the two programs are totally independent of each other, so you may keep version 10 installed as well in case you need features not available in 2018.

Thanks so much.  I had read somewhere that the upgrade version license was restricted to whatever OS you bought it for.
