Windows 11 unable to boot when we enable virtualization technology vtx from BIOS with adobe photosho

Hi Team, 

 

we are upgrading a windows 10 machine to windoes 11, on this machine Adobe photoshop 2023.

update is completing with out any issues, and after 1st reboot machine got stuck in HP logo

 

as part of troublsooting we disabled the virtualization technology vtx from BIOS then it is allowing me to boot the machine 

 

to troubleshoot more we uninstalled adobe and enable the virtualization technology vtx it helpd me to boot with put any issues.

 

so with adobe photo shop and virtualization technology vtx enable from BIOS machine unable to boot 

 

please let me know what might be the issue. 

 

i read one of the old artical in adoabe discussions (https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-elements-discussions/photoshop-premiere-elements-does-not-r...) it is simpler issue 

 

please help us how can we resolve this issue.
