Windows Script Host - There is no script engine for file extension .js

I have Adobe Photoshop Element v15 installed on my Windows 10 laptop and seems to be working fine.

However on every online session I have on my laptop where the software is installed, I get a pop-up appearing which says :

Windows Script Host : There is no scripting engine for file extension .js

I just click on the error pop-up and it disappears. No problems are encountered until it next appears.

On checking, this message seems to be generated from files stored in the Photoshop Elements files structures where there are a number of 'startup.js' files. When you try execute these script files, the error is produced.

So something is periodically trying to run these Photoshop Elements script files.........and failing with the said error message.

Can anyone shed any light as to what this issue is and how it might be resolved?.
