D'abord je tiens à dire que je suis scandalisé par le fait que l'entreprise ADOBE laisse les clients se débrouiller entre eux au lieu de prendre ses responsabilités et répondre dirctement à ses clients; sur ce, suite à un changement d'ordinateur, je souhaite installer Photoshop sur mon nouvel ordi, mais qd je clkique sur le lien de téléchargement de mon compte, il est indiqué: "il faut télécharger la version de windows la plus récente"; or, je suis à jour de toutes mes mises à jour windows; merci de votre aide
You says "install Photoshop" which I assume means Photoshop Elements.
This issue has been reported by others in the past. One frequently successful, albeit rather odd, solution is to download and install the Creative Cloud desktop app first. No need to subscribe to anything. Just install then forget about it.

Then try installing Elements.

I was installing PSE 2020 on Windows 11 a couple of days ago and had to install the Creative Cloud app as suggested by John Waller. in order to complete the download. Without the CC app installed, it would stop at 80%.

What operating system and version number is installed?
