I have 10 versions of Photoshop Elements I've purchased dating back to 2005 or thereabouts, I used to be able to come to adobe.com and download them (with serial number right next to download link), but now with my new laptop I cannot find a download link anymore under my "Registered Products" page.  I don't have the disk to my newer versions, so what do I do?  I can't even tell which version I own either because that section on the "Registered Products" page is blank, ugh.  Can anyone help me?  Thank you.  🙂

This is a user to user community. For some issues it will be necessary to contact Adobe directly. Click the following link and scroll down the page to Individual. Then click “Sign in to contact us” It should be possible to start an on-line chat with Adobe Support. Make clear you are not looking for support for an older product but need a download link to re-install.

Is your new laptop Windows or Mac? If Mac OS Catalina, only PSE 2020 can be installed. You should be able to see which versions are installed on your old computer; so you can request a link for the latest.
