Using built in laptop monitor and external second monitor.
Update Display Settings for external second monitor to scale 175%.
Scaling change is not respected in the Elements Photo Editor app.
As a workaround, attempted to change the Ease of Vision settings. App did not respect Ease of Vision settings.
In both cases exited the app and restarted. Still did not work. Tried changing the external monitor to be “primary” display...did not work either as primary or not.
