32bit-OS with PSE-2018

Good Evening Fellow PSE Creators,

I am using HP Elite (8000) 32bit-OS and plan to upgrade to 64bit-OS in middle or late February of 2020.
I have been using PSE-14 and have unused copy of 2018...
My Question: Is there any way I can use 2018 PSE with my 32bit-OS, prior to purchasing my new 64bit-OS in 20220?
I primarily use my 2014 for my tribute/legacy Family History Website I am building and have become quite comfortable with it over the last couple of years.
