64 bit Photoshop Elements 8 compatibility

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 8. I just download Mac OS Catalina 64bit and I am unable to use my Photoshop. Is Photoshop compatible with Mac OS Catalina 64bit

I’ve moved this from Photoshop to Photoshop Elements where you are more likely to get a better repsonse.

Photoshop Elements 8 is 32 bit and not 64 bit, so you will not be able to run it on Catalina.
