Adding a frame to my photo

Under graphics in expert there are many frames. I don't know how to to add one to my photo. Any help would great.

Open your photo and double-click on a frame or click and drag the frame to your photo.

 

Those frames that have a blue ribbon in the corner will be downloaded (automatically).
