Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 [Can I install it on Windows 10?]

I just set up a new PC running Windows 10 Pro and would like to install my Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 on this desktop PC.  Can I use this program on the new computer with Windows 10?  Thank you.

The answer can only be "probably".

Premiere Elements 10 is old by computer standards.  It was written when Windows 7 was current.  Since then we've gone through Windows 8 and now a few versions of Windows 10.  There have been 7 new versions since 10!

With upgrades in the operating system, there may be parts of Premiere Elements 10 that don't work right. 

That said, it won't hurt to try it!   If you have the serial number, you can get a fresh download of the installation file from Adobe.
