When you do a backup with Photoshop Elements, does it backup the catalog and the pictures? If so, is there a way of just backing up only the catalog like in Lightroom Classic?
Yes, The tool backs up both catalog and media files. To backup just the catalog, simply copy the catalog folder using a file manager such as Windows Explorer or the MAC equivalent. You can find the folder location by looking under Help>System Info.
