Bought PSE2020 from Amazon...now I don't have a product code and my redemption code is too short

I just bought the Teacher edition of PSE2020 for Mac on Amazon.  I recieved a redemption code. When I try to verify, the website wants the product code. I don't have that. I have a redemption code. The redemption code I have is a 22 character alpha-numeric code. Apparently it's supposed to be a 24 character alpha-numeric code. How can I fix this?
