Can not open photo's in Photoshop organizer 2020

I use the Elements 2020 test version on a Mac.

Loading photo's to organizer and working with them in editor works perfectly.

However, opening a photo in organizer by dubbleclicking does not work, I get a screen with a questionmark.

Same happens with the small photo's when I want to bring them to a bigger size, it works to the format of a half screen and then, just before reaching full screen photo disappears and I get the questionmark again.

Can someone tell me what happens and how to solve this ?

Hi there,

Sorry that you see a question mark on images while you're trying to view them in Photoshop Elements 2020 Organizor.

Could you please checkout the suggestions offered in this similar discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/Photoshop-Elements/Question-mark-instead-of-a-photo/td-p/8820206 and let us know is that helps?

Thanks,
